I get a distinct feeling of deja vu Casper.....
You cannot legislate against discrimination of any kind.
You can make laws, you can make test cases to prove the laws work.....but when the (put in any discriminated agains minority gays/blacks/ginger tops)
and all the person who discriminates says is "The job is taken/we have no rooms to let "....or whatever other reason is suitable.
Public opinion.....however is changing massively....gay marriage would have caused riots not too many years ago.
Is it good or bad ?
Only if it openly offends.....in my opinion.
