The fine print is that if you dont use your card regulary, then you will be penalized. Its like having a bank account which is stagnent ( not used )
This smells like the nwo again, herding us towards a cashless society, where credits will be our money and the resurrection of the old bartering system. I swop my sheep for you cow etc etc.
At the moment the people hold a lot of clout with banks, if they mass withdraw their money, but with a credit system, there is no people power at all. The nwo will hold all power.
