The 250,000 families with a spy in the bins | the Daily Mail

If we are to be taxed on what we throw away, will the likes of sainsbury,tesco,aldi, etc etc, aslo be taxed on the packaging they sell to use?

Whats good for us is good for them as well!
Is this simply another tax to rake in the money?
