That's what I enjoy, that and the freedom to spend. Since I have been in this job I have been able to improve facilities tremendously. Also our kids do longer days as well as Saturday morning, so we get longer holidays.
I've had interviews in state schools and they just do not compare. Interestingly, I never got a state school job. Only Independents would accept me. |
