yes, i see your alternatives out there -- the 'english way'. living a life of suffering and denial (that old christian ethic hangover) and, as a result, hiding yourself away in quiet shame, or going about dumping your frustrations randomly on friends and strangers. and often in the name of 'love'. no thank you.
