I know these pop ups pose a security risk, but how big is it...errr ....do you use your own computers without.

I only have the built in pop-up blocker that comes with IE and I don't have any problems.

I think i will take The Relics advice before my inquisitive mind gets me in trouble and costs me money.

I keep getting poxy printed notes through my door asking is my computer slowing down, since I've been getting them I've noticed it has considerably.
I presume its all the crap I download and general crap.

does anybody know what i can do,safely and simply? or should i phone this number or even go to a respectable outlet?
I've been to my desktop and used the Add or Remove, removed, but nothing noticeable really.
