I heard a little snippet of comments about this story after the caller had been and gone, so can't really comment.

Well yes I suppose so Skinny.

The Judge could jail somebody if they were in contempt of court....but it would seem a little extreme to Jail the injured party because he was unrepentant for using force.....unless it was him on trial.
