I am suprised that none of you have mentioned the fact that, as yet, the girl in question has made no complaint. Do you not find that interesting?

I would find it interesting if it were true.

However, the fact is that she has made a complaint and is planning to take civil action to sue the police.

I have no faith in the judicial system when it comes to defending the police against actions of police brutality.

I don't have much faith in the judicial system against civillians because it is run and judged by people who don't seAm to have a decent grip on reality...but then again i am baise(is that a word)
