| Police beating drunk women. I can't believe all these small minded idiots having a go at the policeman who was hitting this women. Let's remember something here, she was attacking (violently) an officer of the law. He was trying to lawfully subdue her; he was well within his right to knock her clean out but he didn't.
What would they rather the officer had done?

| Apparently the lady in question was having an epileptic fit at the time and it is said that may have been the thrashing about the police were reacting to.
A very lopsided story until we get all the details, the policeman who did the punching said that he did punch her for his own protection when she attacked his nuts........She may have been known to the police also.
The fact that she is black adds another sinister layer to the events.

| Her claim is that she was having an epileptic fit, their claim is that she was spitting, biting, and lashing out. On this occasion I believe the several officers that were there, are telling the truth.
Has there been much speculation that this had anything to do with race?

| There will be I suspect.
A women who has just been ejected from a club for causing trouble in a drunken state might who then has an epileptic fit might have been wrongly assessed as just being in a rage.Or she may have used her history of epilepsy as a cover story.

| I just knew there'd be something about this.
It's obvious in certain circumstances that drastic action needs to be taken. In this instance however it's quite clear that when the blows were struck the woman had already been detained and subdued. She was motionless on the floor with some fat copper on top of her who then decided to beat her as hard as he could (they are his own words) to try and get the cuffs on her.
He went way beyond the minimum force necessary.
Another factor to consider is that at the time of the attack there was three ***** on top of her, why the need for the blows to get her cuffed? Surely a big tough policeman could get the girl's arm in a position he was able to cuff her.
I'll bet any money he was getting her back for the trouble she'd caused.
It seems to be nowadays not the minimum force necessary but what you think you can get away with.
And that brings me to the subject of the Asian man, speaking on behalf of the Black Policeman's Right-on Bruvver We Need an Organisation to Defend Our Rights Organisation....... on the TV this morning trying to defend the actions of a bloke in a uniform beating a 9 stone woman, who happened, for what reason I don't know, to have her pants down.
She was Asian, he was Asian, she got beat up, he defended her attackers. If I was an Asian I'd be even more pissed at him than I am now.
They got away with letting the black bloke die on the floor of the police station, is this going to be any different? |

I don't know if you have seen the footage, but your NARROWMINDED SELF RIGHTGHTEOUS comments have flip my switch....four policepeople sat on this "deranged" woman...as far as i can remember. The one nearest her head decides to incapacitate her by "hitting her with all my natural force" to get her arm around her back... well Will, fucking bollocks my friend you are talking shite.
I cannot stress my disbelief at how the police hierarchy have said this is/was acceptable.
These people are trained well and expensively at the tax payers expense to deal with this situation alone, never mind four or five fucking handed..a fucking shower of shit i seldom see, whether i be right or wrong...as bruv would saay pfft! |

Are you sure about the rights there Will? I would like to see the legislation. Quote: |

| I would rather all four of them whilst having her pinned down to the floor nominated a better shitehouse to grab her arm and dislocate her shoulder with broot force.
You really do surprise me for a clever man Will? |
