Well I for one can see why some children might not be comfortable with this disclosure. If they wanted their guardians to know, why would they not have told them? And if they are then in fear of being informed on by the medical staff.. well maybe they will avoid the medics.

What might that mean?
Possibly, the pregnancy developing without any antenatal care until an emergency, or even a birth that "comes out of the blue". Thats happenned before.
