Seriously though, I live on a student loan. Why the hell should I pay to improve housing up North? Why the hell should council tenants and not homeowners pay to improve housing up north? I don't get it.

You shouldn't its a load of rubbish. they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. Another thing whatever they are doing with the extra money it sure isn't coming north, someone should be demanding proof f what they are using it for
