    Isn't it happy hour. The state's even rationed that out. The rate of pubs closing across the UK is about 50 per week. There is so much history in the public house, where combinations formed, radicals plotted and rogues charmed. Now it seems the government has won in drowning/draining out the political consciousness of the working classes.
    Faced with certain disaster, defiance is the only answer.
