Help prevent knife crime. There’s no point in the point.

Kitchens across the country contain lethal knives and potential murder weapons that are easily accessible by children. Only specialists such as butchers and fish mongers require knives with points.

With budget cuts leaving policing levels at the lowest number since 1996 and with knife crime in England and Wales rising by 16%. It is up to us the public and manufacturers to create change.

We recommend manufacturers replace pointed blades with rounded ones, in an attempt to reduce knife crime and knife related deaths.
