| Whoops!!
You were warned. Don't worry though, I won't tell anyone.
Go and pick another opponent mate. I'm not being funny but try and get someone lower down the rankings to give you a game. They may be enticed with your inexperience.
I'm playing someone from Portugal at the moment and he doesn't seem to have an objective, he just keeps chasing my Queen around and losing pieces while doing so. I'll PM you his name and you can search him and give him a challenge.
Good luck mate! |

| That was a classic move I'm afraid mate. If you see someone aiming Bishop and queen anywhere near your King make sure you get a piece in place that can defend the square in front of the King.
Your move should have been to block the path of my Bishop to the square in front of your King with a pawn.
Don't worry, you'll see it next time, believe me!
Ive just challenged someone else to a game and he's a quick mover. Should be an easy game, he's English.
Where's your flag anyway mate? |

Hey Sid, what's all that about with the king jumping over the rook into the corner? If i did know what it's about I've forgot! |

If you haven't moved either the rook or the King, and that applies to both sides, you can move your King next to the Rook and they'll swap places. As long as there's nothing in the way of course.
It's a way of protecting your King. It can also trap it in the corner as well though.
I've got a good game going with someone called Johnboy1982. He moves really quickly so the game has only lasted a bit of last night and an hour tonight but I've just done a move on him that's got him stumped.
He thought he was cruising to victory, especially with a bit of defeatist banter from me like...don't worry I'm not running away because your beating me.
He's got a lot more pieces left than me as well. He kept on trying to sacrifice his Queen for mine though which I thought was unusual so I made sure I kept it.
He's just moved, I'll go and take a look. |

He should have finished me off well before now so I'll have to have him another game in the near future.
I'll just go and take a look at your game.
Oh, and any of you out there who fancies a game of chess my name is SidVic on that site. |

| Before I go. Changing your flag, you should be able to do it in the setting option on the red bar at the top. |

| Looks like you're doing okay in that game. Try chasing his queen away from your end. He's trying to pull that move I did on you in our first game.
Your Bishop on the white squares back to your base line looks a safe bet.
Don't take my word for it though, I ain't as good as I thought I was |
