hello Will. syb here.
somehow i've been logged out and i cannot seem to log back in --
i've requested a new password and sent instructions, but when i go to renew, it says the address is not valid.

hope you can help soon.

Hmm, he might be having some session problems. Luckily these are being sorted out with the latest release of VB, which is in it's final stages as I write this.
