Bruv,
(thank goodness we have him, even though he's too central sometimes) 
I'm not too sure about deleting posts because then we will all complain that a deleted post should never have been deleated at all. On the other hand, you seem to be a fair and wise old man, and yes, it definitely would make this forum more focussed if people's inane posts were removed.
