If this is as it seems it is indeed outrageous. Just to add some balance though, I'm fairly sure Iraq isn't experiencing any kind of drought, in fact the children run through several puddles just following the car. Could it be equally possible the kids were running after the car just for the satisfaction of getting a free gift off the foreigners?

Either way it was still cruel, though considerably more and utterly disgusting in one way than in the other. But it doesn't look like those children were following out of sheer desperation to me, as I'm sure we're supposed to believe.

Cos theres puddles doesnt mean theres plenty of water, and the Iraqis have to go to wells to get their water.

Ive got a mate whos been on three tours of Iraq with the Paras and he said water is a deffinate problem in every area they go to, the Army have to take their own, imported in huge tankers from Kuait(spelling?). EVER SEEN FAURINHEIT 9/11 when the US tank crews blast out 'metal' music when blowing up residental areas. They are arseholes.
