Default big brother watches council tips
The daily mail this morning reveals another big brother tactic where the councils will be placing cctv cameras and inpr number plate cameras at their tip to ( amongst other things ) record your car's numberplate details.

They will also monitor what you throw away.

This is most certainly true, in areas where they have been doing the fortnightly collections, fly tipping has risen sharply, not only that but the vermin population has also risen.
