Time stamps would automatically be placed on via digital means and would very unlikely be wrong. The 26 minutes does not corrulate to a time zone difference at all and I would guess that if the video footage was examined more closely, would would see that it was taped live. Those that look at these things would need to look at the tape more closely.
I would like to hear the bbc's side of things and see what their comments are and if they have the actual footage, or perhaps it will mysteriously vanish, like mist in the morning sun's warmth.
