The governemnt now wants to ban icecream vans from trading nears schools.
What the fkuc is the matter with these dickheads in parliament. Have they got nothing better to do with their time?

Just a play with words.......I wonder if they will also ban the corner shops that are too close to schools as well, or is that racism ?

I was reading about this, banning ice-cream vans. I think it's absolutely ridiculous. Years ago when there were ten times the amount of vans about we didn't have the same levels of obesity in the young. Can they not see it's not the fact that kids get the occasional ice-cream after school, it's more to do with a general change in the way child passes their free time.

When I was a kid we spent endless days playing out. Going anywhere and everywhere, burning off all the calories we'd consumed. Nowadays most kids eat a load of crap then sit in their rooms playing on their play station or watching television stuffing even more crap down their throats.

I'm not saying I've got the answer but if more parents gave their children a little more freedom than most seem to do then boys could go back to being boys, playing war in the woods, football in the street or the local school field. Then maybe we wouldn't have the problem we have today.
