I don't know about where you live but round 'ere what some fifteen year olds get up to he most probably deserved it.

Apparently he was set upon by the older relatives of a boy he had been having trouble with.
As you say without knowing all the ins and outs.....the boy might not be totally blameless, but it is a frightening escalation of a racial problem.
What happens next ?
