Well wouldnt work free for one day,just to bail out the fucking government. Why dont somebody tell Blair to stop giving BILLIONS to romainia and Bulgeria and spend it on the Hardest working in his own country!

Its not about tax- wolfie. and bollox to the city workers, and their buisnesses. They pay tax, I pay tax we all pay tax. But they have shit loads of 'take home' to sooth themselves with!

I have a good friend who works for World Bank in the Canary Walf building, he earns shit loads, and yet hes discusted by how little 'vital' workers are paid. Another of my close friends is head security at the London Stock Exchange, he said they're all over paid, self important wankers.

We should put the 'vital',hard-working, under paid and abused hospital staff first and support them. Cos when they buckle under the pressure and strike:- dont go calling 999 when you chock on your own bollox.

Well we all at some point have shit jobs and 'should' go and get a better job.

Sometimes its cos we need the money more than we need happiness, or in the case of the nhs staff they are commited to their jobs which makes it a bigger shame because the government is not supporting these loyal and dedicated professionals. Many do leave and do other sometimes dissaticfying jobs, then Blair ships in hundreds of Foreign medical staff that will work for less money, which really isnt a good idea as what happens to the shortage of staff in their countries. Possibly they are replaced by aid agencies, which leads to increased aid funding to these regions of the world.

It seems to me we should get your pals into government.....they seem to know more than the people in charge now.

The story is referring to ONE NHS Trust....it is NOT government policy.
There is an irony here that I detect..........for years and years the NHS was self sufficient....then to make it more efficient they put out tenders for cleaning and made each hospital and local trust balance their own books.
Now we have MRSA rife and GPs getting more money than ever meanwhile hospitals are going bust.
Health Insurance companies are doing well by using the facilities of the same hospitals and Consultants.
What we need is a non political Big Boss man to oversee the whole kit n caboodle....get the best there is and pay him big bucks.......and give him the reference to sort it out......and let him do it without interference
