Beheading threat ?

Why has this story been given so much prominence ?
It is an Alleged Plot to kidnap and behead a british muslim soldier.

I can understand it might or might not have been a real threat, but what purpose does it serve to plaster an alleged plot across every news outlet constantly over several days.

Am I being cynical to think it is a method of keeping us on our toes about the olive skinned man who runs the corner shop ?
If the ongoing investigation is so important, why put so much fear and ill feeling out into the public ? For an alleged plot.....
I dont know.....but I would suspect the news has hieghtened tensions in particular areas for no good.

You are probably right there Bruv but then you wonder why certain people believe that this could all form part of the plot to establish a climate of fear and drastic change.

Muslims do always seem to be protrayed in a negative way. Although perhaps it's too easy to blame the media if they are there to report on what is happening.

Nothing unusual!

Its another scare tactic.....perhaps building up for another "terrorist attack", or perhaps its a prelude to another law coming into place on the sneaky side.

I think it's a way of keeping the public in their power.

Some sort of message to the masses along the lines of; "Look, we're looking out for you, if it wasn't for us you'd be in the shit!"

Imagine being an American?
They probably think that without their government they'll be taken over by Muslim extremists within about that magical time of 45 minutes.
