If the homes are being signed over to pay for the care that these OAP's children aren't providing.. then I say good idea. These OAP's can't take their worldy possessions with them when they die, and if their offspring don't care enough for them to look after them in their twilight years, then they don't really deserve to inherit anything.. do they?
