I saw an article of a us scientist, who gave a paper to a group of scientists, on the proposed culling of the human population
prince charles also is reported as saying that if he could re-incarnate, he would like to come back as a virus to kill the population.

Is this just some madmen ranting, or could it be a stance thats growing worldwide.
