I take it nobody watched it then? well i had it on but didn't really take much notice of this attempt to lay blame and rake up old wounds.

I didn't watch it either....but Im old enough to remember it ....just.

It was a tragedy....an accident....and nothing can change that......things have changed since then so that sort of event cannot happen again.

Its the way we learn ...sadly
