Thank you for your kind offer but I will have to decline. As much as I would love to thrash out British issues with yourself and VonLaughalot, I have indeed discovered another little gem of a forum and have having far too much fun debating abortion, the smoking ban, the EU, the myth that is called man made global warming, prisons in Britain, crime and punishment, education, history, government, NHS, feminism, American influence and the media with all it's faults. This new forum has quite a few wannabe politicians so I'm in my element.

May I say, for someone who has no wish to join TB, you sure spent a long time there today.

You are welcome however. I feel we must work at some sort of tolerance of each other, if nothing else.

Very spooky. Although I have debated the death penalty to death on forums over the years, it was only a couple of days ago that I started a thread on the death penalty on another site, well at exactly this time: 19-03-2008, 08:53 AM.

Here I am nosing about on your thread and I notice you too have started a capital punishment thread recently. It's not as if the death penalty is making the news at the moment so I find that quite weird.

I'm allowed to have a nose occasionally aren't I? And I wasn't viewing for that long.... methinks you exaggerate.
